About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and am passionate about helping individuals and couples experience growth, healing, and stronger connections. I received my undergraduate degree from Wittenberg University and my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University.

I work with adults and couples in all seasons of life, providing individual counseling, as well as, premarital and marital counseling. I have a heart for helping couples build strong foundations, improve communication, and reconnect in meaningful ways. I am SYMBIS (Save Your Marriage Before It Starts) certified and have completed Level 1 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, which are research-based tools to support healthy, lasting relationships.

Before becoming a full time counselor, I spent 10 years working in corporate finance. That experience allows me to understand the pressures, expectations, and demands many people face in their careers and daily lives. I bring both professional expertise and real-world perspective into the counseling space.

My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. For those who desire it, I offer Christian faith-based counseling, as well.

In my free time, I love to travel with my husband, try new and sometimes questionable food spots, spend quality time with family and friends, embroider gifts for loved ones, and read with our cat, Baby, cuddled on my lap!

I am currently supervised by Lynn King and am committed to ethical practice, continued learning, and providing care that empowers clients to move forward with clarity and confidence.
